frontgates.shop collects the name, email, shipping address, and payment details needed to complete a sale. Account passwords are stored by WordPress. Payment card numbers are handled by the checkout processor, not as plain text in the shop database.

Order records are kept so a return or a missing carton can be traced. Analytics cookies measure page use. A browser can block cookies; checkout still needs the session cookie to keep the bag. Email frontgate@gmail.com to ask what record we hold for an address you used.

We do not sell mailing lists. Carriers receive the street address required to deliver a carton. Hosting and email vendors process data to run the site. California residents can write frontgate@gmail.com to request a copy or a deletion of account data, subject to records we must keep for a completed sale.
